Pablo Di Si is an accomplished global business leader with extensive experience in the automotive, commercial vehicles, agricultural, and consumer industries. He served as President & CEO of Volkswagen North America (2022–2024) and Volkswagen Latin America (2017–2022), driving major turnarounds and transformational growth initiatives. Previously, he held senior roles at Fiat Chrysler, Monsanto, Kimberly-Clark, and Abbott Laboratories.
Pablo has deep expertise in strategy, operations, M&A, and government relations, having negotiated with heads of state and senior officials across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. He currently serves as an Independent Board Member at Lindsay Corporation, Copersucar, and JHSF, and is a Trustee at Loyola University Chicago.
